We have a free 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a free return. The item will not be eligible to be returned after 30 days from receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us using the contact page on our website. Please note that returns will need to be sent using the returns address included in your order.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
We accept exchanges in line with the requirements noted above under Returns. Please contact us at support@goldcrestclothing.co.uk to commence an exchange. In addition to the requirements under Returns above, an exchange must be for the same product, with the exchange relating to another size or colour. An exchange is subject to stock requirements and therefore an item requested for an exchange may not be in stock. If this is the case, a refund will be offered in line with the requirements under Returns above.
